Review reports, resolve moderation cases, hide unsafe content, and preserve audit context.
Moderation protects belonging by keeping events, communities, messages, discussions, and galleries respectful. Admin decisions should be consistent, explainable, and recorded.
Steps
- 1Open the Moderation section in operations.
- 2Filter open cases by severity, target type, or report age.
- 3Review the reported content, context, reporter note, and actor history.
- 4Choose an action such as approve, reject, flag, hide, or escalate.
- 5Add a concise moderation note explaining the decision.
- 6Confirm the audit log records the action and notify affected users when appropriate.
Warnings
Do not delete audit context when hiding content. Reversibility and traceability matter.
