How to scan attendees at your event
Open the scanner, validate attendee ticket QRs, and confirm each check-in safely.
The scanner is built for organizers and admins who need a fast mobile workflow on site. Each successful scan validates the ticket on the server before attendance is marked.

- 1Open the event page and choose Open scanner.
- 2Allow camera access on your phone or tablet.
- 3Point the camera at the attendee's private ticket QR.
- 4Confirm the attendee name and event shown after validation.
- 5Use manual validation if the camera feed is unavailable.

Do not trust a screenshot or pasted token until Samgamam confirms it on the scanner screen.
