How to scan attendees at your event

Open the scanner, validate attendee ticket QRs, and confirm each check-in safely.

The scanner is built for organizers and admins who need a fast mobile workflow on site. Each successful scan validates the ticket on the server before attendance is marked.

Stappen

  1. 1Open the event page and choose Open scanner.
  2. 2Allow camera access on your phone or tablet.
  3. 3Point the camera at the attendee's private ticket QR.
  4. 4Confirm the attendee name and event shown after validation.
  5. 5Use manual validation if the camera feed is unavailable.

Waarschuwingen

Do not trust a screenshot or pasted token until Samgamam confirms it on the scanner screen.
