Resolve payment issues

Troubleshoot failed checkout, duplicate charge concerns, refund status, and disputes.

Payment issues can come from provider outages, expired cards, incomplete checkout, mismatched currency expectations, or refund processing windows.

Passos

  1. 1Check whether the event still shows as paid and whether checkout completed.
  2. 2Look for a payment confirmation email or in-app notification.
  3. 3Try the checkout again only if you did not receive a confirmation and your bank shows no completed charge.
  4. 4Contact the organizer for event-specific refund policy questions.
  5. 5Escalate to support or finance operations for duplicate charges or formal disputes.
