QR code issues
Troubleshoot QR codes that do not scan, fail validation, or report an attendee as already checked in.
Most QR problems come from camera permissions, expired tickets, regenerated tickets, incorrect event matching, or an attendee already being marked present.

- 1Increase screen brightness or clean the camera lens if scanning fails.
- 2Ask the attendee to reopen the latest QR if the ticket was regenerated.
- 3Confirm the scanner is opened for the correct event before retrying.
- 4Use manual check-in only after verifying the attendee identity and RSVP.
- 5Contact an admin if duplicate or suspicious scans continue.
