Use exports for attendees, events, groups, users, moderation, finance, ecosystem, and audit records.
Exports support operational analysis, incident response, and reporting. They should be treated as sensitive artifacts because they can contain user, attendee, finance, and moderation data.

- 4Store exported files only in approved locations.
