How RSVP, cancellation, and waitlist work
Understand event details, going status, RSVP cancellation, capacity, and waitlist behavior.
An RSVP reserves your place when an event has capacity. If an event is full, Samgamam can place you on the waitlist so the organizer can fill newly available spots fairly.

- 1Open the event detail page and review schedule, location, price, and remaining capacity.
- 2Choose RSVP to join the attendee list.
- 3If the event is full, choose the waitlist option when it is available.
- 4Return to the same event page if you need to cancel your RSVP.
- 5Watch notifications for reminders, organizer messages, or waitlist movement.
