Exports and analytics for operations
Use exports for attendees, events, groups, users, moderation, finance, ecosystem, and audit records.
Exports support operational analysis, incident response, and reporting. They should be treated as sensitive artifacts because they can contain user, attendee, finance, and moderation data.

- 1Open the admin section that owns the data you need.
- 2Confirm you have a valid operational reason for exporting.
- 3Use the section export action for attendees, audit, ecosystem, events, finance, groups, moderation, or users.
- 4Store exported files only in approved locations.
- 5Delete or archive exports according to Samgamam data handling policy.

Never send raw exports to sponsors or organizers unless policy and consent explicitly allow it.
